- 50g KetoVie Café Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread Roll (1 roll)
12.5g celery, raw (about 2 Tbs, diced)
26.8g onion, raw (about 2.5 Tbs, diced)
2.5g parsley, raw (about 2 tsp, diced)
41.7g Swanson® organic chicken broth (about 3 Tbs)
14.8g butter (1 Tbs)
0.2g thyme (about a pinch)
0.2g rosemary, dry (about a pinch)
0.3g black pepper (about a pinch)
0.2g sage, dry (about a pinch)
0.5g salt (about a pinch)
- Wash parsley and celery, blot with paper towels to remove water. If parsley is really wet, consider using
a salad spinner to dry before chopping.
Dice and weigh celery, onion, parsley and bread.
Gather and weigh remaining ingredients.
Place bread cubes on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven until beginning to brown. Remove from oven.
Sauté onions, celery and spices in butter.
Add broth and parsley to the sautéed vegetables and remove from heat.
Add toasted bread cubes to the sauté mixture.
Transfer bread and vegetable mix to a small baking dish or ramekin.
Bake at 450º for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
