- 50g KetoVie Café Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread (1 roll)
10g egg, raw, mixed well (2 tsp)
5g heavy cream (1 tsp)
0.1g garlic powder (1 pinch)
17.5g canola oil (1 Tbs)
24g chicken breast, no skin, cooked (3 Tbs, shredded)
30g cream cheese, Philadelphia® (1 Tbs)
2.5g green onion (1 tsp, finely diced)
12g soy sauce, Kikkoman® (1 Tbs)
10g sesame oil (2 tsp)
0.5g garlic, raw (¼ tsp, diced)
- Crumble a thawed Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread roll. Weigh all other ingredients.
Mix crumbled bread roll with egg, cream, garlic powder and small dash of canola oil, form into a dough; set aside.
Mix chicken, cream cheese and green onion for the filling.
Heat remaining canola oil in a frying pan.
Form bread dough into two pancakes and fry until lightly brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Reserve any oil for dipping sauce. Spoon chicken mixture on to each pancake and fold.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, pan drippings and garlic (optional) to make a dipping sauce.
