  • 50g KetoVie Café Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread (1 roll)
    10g butter (2 tsp)
    33 g heavy cream, 36% (1 fl oz)
    19g egg, mixed well (1 Tbs + 1 tsp)
    0.5g nutmeg (¼ tsp)
    1g cinnamon (½ tsp)
    4 g Sugar free syrup, vanilla (1 tsp)
    1g salt (pinch)
  • Preheat oven to 350° F and thaw bread roll.
    Weigh or measure all ingredients.
    Cut Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread roll into cubes and place into a ramekin.
    Melt butter in microwave (approximately 10-15 seconds.)
    Mix all remaining ingredients, including melted butter, in a bowl.
    Pour wet mixed ingredients over bread cubes.
    Place dish on center rack in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until dark gold brown on top.
