Rebecca Jennings, MS, RD, CSP
Rebecca Jennings, MS, RD, CSP, has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science (2005) and Master’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition (2007). She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (2007) as well as a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (2010.) As a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Rebecca is an active affiliate in the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group and current Chair of the Children with Special Health Care Needs Member Support Group. Rebecca has previously worked in the clinical and academic setting as an RD specializing in inherited disorders of metabolism, ketogenic diets and broad range of pediatric specialties. Rebecca is currently employed by Ajinomoto Cambrooke as a Clinical Specialist focusing on ketogenic and metabolic nutrition.
Mary susan Spears, MS, RD
Mary Susan Spears, MS, RD, CSP, LD has a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutrition from Texas Tech University (1993) with dietetic internship completed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (1994). While working full time, Mary Susan received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University (2010). She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (1994) as well as a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (2004, 2009, and 2014). Mary Susan has been licensed to practice in the state of Texas by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Dietitians since starting her practice in 1994. For more than twenty years, Mary Susan has worked in the clinical and academic setting as an RD specializing in inherited disorders of metabolism (7 years), ketogenic diets (12 years) and broad range of other pediatric specialties. Mary Susan is currently employed by Ajinomoto Cambrooke as a Clinical Specialist focusing on ketogenic and metabolic nutrition. In her spare time, Mary Susan enjoys singing, gardening, cooking, reading, making crafts, and traveling the world.
Bridget Tomic, RD
Bridget Tomic, RD, has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (2006) from Saint Louis University. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (2007). For more than ten years, Bridget worked in the clinical and academic setting as a pediatric RD specializing in ketogenic diets (8 years), inherited disorders of metabolism (4 years) and a broad range of pediatric specialties. Bridget is currently employed by Ajinomoto Cambrooke as a Clinical Specialist focusing on ketogenic and metabolic nutrition.
