Ingredients:
- 100 g / 2 rolls KetoVie Café Wholesome Bread Rolls
- 120 g ground beef
- 50 g butter
- 26 g heavy cream
- 13 g egg (mixed well)
- 5 g parmesan
- 5 g parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 g garlic powder
- 0.5 g basil
- 0.5 g oregano
Directions:
- Wash parsley and dry on paper towels
- Chop the parsley with scissors
- Quarter the KetoVie Café Wholesome Bread Rolls and blend in a food processor
- Melt the butter in the microwave and mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes
- Weigh out 40 g balls of meat mixture and place in muffin tin
- Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes
- Allow to cool and for fat to absorb
