Ingredients:
- 0.5 g paprika
- 0.5 g garlic powder
- 0.5 g chilli powder
- 28 g / 1 x KetoVie Café Cheddar Dough Ball
- 4 g cheddar cheese (grated)
- 31 g sour cream
- 10 g butter
- 10 g avocado oil
- 50 g avocado
- 30 g 80% lean ground beef
Directions:
- Thaw and knead dough until it is soft
- Roll or pat the dough into a circle
- Place on greaseproof paper and bake for 5 minutes at 350 F
- Heat oil and half of the butter in the pan until melted
- Add the beef and seasoning and stir until the beef is browned
- Mash the avocado with a fork
- Spread the remaining butter onto the cheddar dough
- Spread half the avocado onto the cheddar dough
- Then add the beef and make sure to get the remaining fat
- Add the remaining avocado on top of the beef
- Add the sour cream and cheddar cheese
