Ingredients:
- 50 g heavy cream
- 58 g egg (mixed well)
- 17 g butter (melted)
- 0.2 g cinnamon
Directions:
- Add eggs, cream, butter and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well
- Pour the egg mixture into a 16-oz ramekin dish and place the ramekin into a large casserole dish
- Pour boiling water into the dish so it comes up half way
- Place in the oven at 350 F for 40-45 minutes
