Ingredients:
- 1.2 g vanilla extract
- 12.5 g KetoVie Café Kwik Mix
- 56.5 g cream cheese
- 22 g heavy cream
- 15 g egg (mixed)
- 7 g truvia
Directions:
- Add the cream, truvia, egg, vanilla and KetoVie Café Kwik Mix into a food processor and blend for 15 seconds
- Add the cream cheese and blend for a further 2 minutes
- Evenly pour mixture into 6 muffin tins
- Bake for 18-25 minutes at 350 F
- Decorate with strawberries and blueberries for the 4th July!
