Ingredients:

  • 60g avocado (Calavo)
  • 40g spinach
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 10g walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  • Assemble the spinach, avocado, tomatoes and walnuts on a large plate.
  • Pour over the oil and balsamic vinegar.
