Method:

  • Turn on oven to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl, stir mayonnaise with Ketovie Cafe Veggie Dip Mix.
  • On a medium heat, add 2 tbsp. olive oil to a frying pan. Add all vegetables and chicken.
  • Fry until chicken is cooked through.
  • Mix the vegetables and chicken with the veggie dip mix and mayonnaise and then spoon into a small baking dish.
  • Top with grated cheese and crumbled bread and oven cook for 5-10 minutes.
