Ingredients:
- 10g Kelloggs Rice Krispies
- 11g Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate
- 25g cocao butter
- 8g flaxseed
- 8g miniature marshmallows, finely chopped
- 8g Brazil nuts, finely chopped
- 6g coconut oil
Directions:
- Place glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
- Melt coconut oil, butter and chocolate.
- Once combined, mix in nuts, seeds and Rice Krispies. Stir again to coat dry ingredients in chocolate.
- Split the marshmallows between 4 silicon moulds.
- Then divide the chocolate mixture into four, and place on top of the marshmallows.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before consuming.
