Ingredients:
- 40g Lindt Dark Chocolate (85%)
- 48g butter
- 4g Cocoa (Hersheys)
- 50g ground almonds
- 50g raw egg
- 3g baking powder
- 15g Organic Liquid Stevia (Sweetener)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350’F.
- Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Stirring all the time.
- Gradually beat in the egg and stevia.
- Mix in cocoa and almond flour.
- Pour into lined baking tray.
- Cook for 15 minutes (or until cooked to your liking)
Makes 8 small brownies.
