Keto Brownies 2.4:1

Ingredients:

  • 40g Lindt Dark Chocolate (85%)
  • 48g butter
  • 4g Cocoa (Hersheys)
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g raw egg
  • 3g baking powder
  • 15g Organic Liquid Stevia (Sweetener)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350’F.
  • Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Stirring all the time.
  • Gradually beat in the egg and stevia.
  • Mix in cocoa and almond flour.
  • Pour into lined baking tray.
  • Cook for 15 minutes (or until cooked to your liking)

Makes 8 small brownies.
