Ingredients:
- 61 g KetoVie Cafe Mushroom and Spinach Frittata (chopped)
- 10 g mushrooms, chopped
- 10 g spinach
- 10 g bacon (sliced, cooked)
- 60 g cream (40%)
- 20 g sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Fry bacon until cooked through.
- Add frittata, mushroom, spinach, cream and bacon to a small baking dish.
- Bake for 15 mins on 350 F, or until cooked.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and cooked for a further 2 mins.
