Ingredients:
- 1 KetoVie Cafè Pizza Petite
- 33 g olive oil
- 14 g balsamic vinegar
- 10 g dijon mustard
- 42 g baby lettuce mix
- 10 g fresh basil
Directions:
- Unwrap Pizza Petite and bake for 9-10 minutes
- Cut into bitesize pieces and set aside
- In a bowl add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard and whisk together
- With scissors cut the basil into think strips
- Add the basil and lettuce to the dressing and mix together
- Serve the salad with the pizza croutons on top
