Fruit Pizza 4:1

Ingredients:

  • 7 g strawberry
  • 5 g blackberry
  • 3 – 5 drops vanilla extract
  • 6 g cream cheese
  • 17 g canola oil
  • 3.5 g truvia sweetener
  • 39 g egg white (beaten stiff)
  • 18 g egg yolk
  • 10 g butter
  • 20 g heavy cream

Directions:

  • Add the egg yolk, canola oil, half the truvia and egg whites into a bowl and fold together
  • Pour mixture onto baking tray
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F
  • Mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until very smooth
  • Fold in the remaining truvia sweetener and whipped cream into the cheese mixture
  • Slice the strawberry and blackberry
  • Assemble the pizza by spreading the cream cheese mixture on the cooked crust
  • Evenly spread the fruit on top
