Ingredients:
- 10 g cherry tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 KetoVie Café Dough Balls (thawed)
- 7 g canola oil
- 30 g avocado (cubed)
- 15 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 15 g cream cheese
Directions:
- Divide the KetoVie Café Dough Balls in 7 equal pieces
- Roll them out carefully and flatten them into discs
- Place them on a baking tray and bake for 7 minutes at 350 F
- In a bowl add the cream cheese, oil and cheddar cheese and mix together
- Microwave the mixture for 15 seconds so the cheese melts
- Assemble the nachos. Place the crackers on the plate and top with cheese, avocado and tomatoes
