Mac ‘n’ Cheese 3:1

Ingredients:

  • 30 g / 1 oz cheddar cheese (Redmond), grated
  • 40 g / 1.4 oz cream (40%)
  • 30 g / 1 oz zucchini, peeled and grated
  • 26 g / 0.9 oz butter, melted
  • 10 g / 0.35 oz half cooked macaroni pasta
  • 23 g / 0.81 oz cauliflower, finely chopped

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375’F.
  • In oven-proof dish, add pasta, cauliflower, zucchini, cheese, butter and cream. Mix together.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes and enjoy.
