Ingredients:
- 125 ml / 1/2 tetra KetoVie 4:1 Vanilla
- 10 g / 0.35 oz butter
- 10 g / 0.35 oz pure vanilla extract
- 10 g / 0.35 oz Truvia sweetener
- 54 g / 1.9 oz cream (40%)
Directions:
- Whip up the cream until thick/stiff. Weigh the cream again when removed from blender to ensure grams of fat have not been lost.
- To the cream, add vanilla, sweetener and gradually add the KetoVie 4:1 Vanilla, stirring all the time.
- Melt the butter and mix into the cream.
- Distribute into 4 x freezer safe moulds.
- Top with raspberries (optional – and adjust ratio accordingly).
- Freeze for 2-3 hours and serve.
