Ingredients:
- 35 g / half KetoVie Cafe Spinach & Feta Quiche
- 80 g / 2.8 oz zucchini (spiralised or grated)
- 40 g / 1.4 oz cream cheese (organic valley)
- 31 g / 1.09 oz cream (30%)
- 35 g / 1.23 g KetoVie Cafe Veggie Dip Mix
Directions:
- Cook quiche as per cooking instructions.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together. Microwave for one minute at a time until cream cheese has completely melted. Stir until zucchini is coated in sauce.
- Serve zucchini and quiche together.
