Ingredients
- 20 g / 2.2 tbsp roasted macadamia nuts, ground
- 14.4g / 0.5 oz raspberries
- 3-5 drops vanilla flavor (Bickford)
- 3g / 0.1 oz raw eggwhites
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix the egg white, vanilla and macadamia nuts together in a bowl.
- Mash up raspberries into a puree.
- Press nut mixture into a heart-shaped silicone mold. Indent middle to hold puree, and then spoon in the raspberries.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
