Prosciutto, Fried Egg & Parmesan Salad 2:1

Ingredients:

  • 20g arugula
  • 2g parmesan, grated
  • 36g egg
  • 20g prosciutto, Del Duca
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  • Fry the egg in half of the oil.
  • Assemble all ingredients to make your salad.
