Chocolate Fondue 3:1

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 35ml heavy cream
  • 20g Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
  • 12.5g butter
  • 28g strawberries

Method:

  • Melt cream, chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir for 1 minute and microwave again for 15 seconds at a time until completely smooth.
  • Serve with strawberries.
