Ingredients:
- 40g mushrooms
- 34g yellow pepper
- 20g sharp cheddar cheese
- 20g spinach
- 15g Ketovie Cafe Wholesome Bread
- 30g chicken
- 40g mayonnaise
- 12g Ketovie Cafe Veggie Dip Mix
Method:
- Turn on oven to 375 F.
- In a large bowl, stir mayonnaise with Ketovie Cafe Veggie Dip Mix.
- On a medium heat, add 2 tbsp. olive oil to a frying pan. Add all vegetables and chicken.
- Fry until chicken is cooked through.
- Mix the vegetables and chicken with the veggie dip mix and mayonnaise and then spoon into a small baking dish.
- Top with grated cheese and crumbled bread and oven cook for 5-10 minutes.
