Ingredients:

Method:

  • Grate chocolate into large mixing bowl.
  • Add cream and whip until thick.
  • Stir in half of the raspberries and set to one side.
  • Fry pecans for 4-5 minutes.
  • Microwave remaining raspberries for 1 minute and stir into a thick coulis.
  • To serve, cook the Ketovie Cafe Raspberry Muffin, top with the cream, pecans and raspberry sauce.
